Somewhat smoky, nutty and slightly bacony citrus-pomaceous fruit aroma with herbal nuances, moderate barrel tones and a certain minerality. Ripe, quite juicy, yet very dry fruit, nutty wood notes, a certain melting and fine acidity, good persistence, a hint of butter caramel in the background, chalky-salty tones, fine zest bitterness, a hint of yeast, smoky notes, very good, very slightly warm finish with a little yellow spice.
