Light vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, peppery traces, restrained yellow fruit aromas, fairly prominent fresh herbs. Fruity and herbaceous on the palate, light yeasty notes, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, chalky notes in the background, lemony notes, light tannic touch, opens up with aeration, more citrus notes on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
