Youthful, planty, yeasty and slightly woody fragrance with yellow fruity and slightly smoky tones, a hint of bacon and minerality. Ripe, juicy, somewhat melted fruit, slightly smoky and nutty wood, a little vanilla, yeasty tones, lively, fine acidity and touch of ripe tannin, clear. chalky-salty minerality, lasting, certain depth, still undeveloped, hinted at peppery, very good, quite firm, tart and juicy, yeasty and a little smoky-woody finish
