Cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, touch of green bell peppers, light floral traces. Fairly juicy, but also restrained, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty notes, green apple and unripe pineapple, lively acidity, noticeable carbon dioxide, light grip, fairly persistent, hint of sugar candy, mature pomaceous fruit in the background, has still not come together, good to very good grippy finish.
