Firm nose, light toasted notes and some bacon, light herbaceous notes, black berries and cherries, elegant vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, dried mushrooms and a hint of tobacco. Firm, dark, juicy, concentrated fruit on the palate, peppery spice and some cardamom, touch of dried herbs and soy sauce, fine, integrated tannins, still slightly astringent, sooty traces, bacon in the background, light meaty notes, chocolate, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty traces, very good finish.
