2014 Extra Brut Pinot, Württemberg, Germany

Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, yeasty notes and restrained yellow fruit, floral and nutty aromas. Light-bodied, fairly cool fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty traces, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, hint of tobacco and some brown butter, some bite, dried floral traces, good to very good, fairly tart finish.
