Cool nose, light earthy notes, some oak, mixed berries and cherries, hint of tobacco, dried vegetal traces, some bamboo and wasabi. Clear, elegant, juicy, tart, cool fruit on the palate, fairly polished, light nutty notes, old oak, dried vegetal notes, youthful fine, sandy tannins, light acid bite, persistent, earthy and salty mineral notes, touch of smoked bacon, some depth, clear contours, very good firm, cool finish.
