Clear, taut, tart-juicy fruit, nutty and hints of cocoa-spicy wood flavours, very fine tannins and some bite, hints of pepper and dried herbs in the background, roasted notes, some salt, certain depth, has life, freshness and tension, animating grip, very good, taut, spicy and a little woody finish with small berry juice. In excellent form.
