Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und auch pilzige Nase mit nussig-hefigen und leicht erdigen Tönen. Hefig, vegetabil und pilzig auch im Mund, verhaltene, leicht säuerliche und zugleich nicht ganz trockene Frucht, krautige Nuancen und leicht trocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit und recht gute Substanz, eine Spur gedeckt, nicht ganz harmonisch, recht guter Abgang.
