Translate to English Nussige und kräuterwürzige, auch leicht an Rüben erinnernde, zarte Steinobstnase. Feine, geschliffene und weiche, süße eingemachte und karamellisierte Pfirsichfrucht, dazu etwas Birne und Ananas, dezente, eingebundene Säure, hat gewisses Volumen, ist aber nicht fett, ganz leicht cremig, guter Abgang.
