Translate to English Säuerlicher und leicht pflanzlicher Duft nach roten Beeren mit zart floralen und deutlich mineralischen Tönen. Wirkt schlank im Mund, hat aber dennoch gewisse Substanz, feinfruchtig und etwas vegetabil, recht lebendig, noch mit einem Hauch Kohlensäure, feine, noch ganz leicht staubige Tannine, hat Biss und gute Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Noten, guter Abgang. Typisch und sehr animierend und - vor allem - einmal ohne das allgegenwärtige, den Herkunftscharakter oft verstellende Neuholz. Darf ein wenig reifen.
