2021 Sommerach Rosenberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, clearly planty and a little yeasty nose with white and green fruity notes, floral traces and black berry hints that go a little into the woody. Ripe, quite juicy, very slightly warm fruit with nutty and tart vegetal flavours, some yeast, smoke and again blackberry nuances, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, a hint of mushrooms in the background, good, tart finish with grip.
