Slightly nutty scent of ripe pome fruit with a hint of bacon, vegetable traces and earthy minerality. Clear, ripe, calm fruit, vegetable aromas, very fine acidity, delicate touch on the palate, good persistence, minerality in the background, tobacco nuances, still slightly covered, very good, firm finish with tart juice and lots of minerality
