2017 Volkach Ratsherr Silvaner trocken "OVUM", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, tart, distinctly vegetable scent with polished yellow fruity aromas, a little bit of herbs and mineral notes. Smooth, juicy, tart fruit, clearly vegetable aromas, also again slightly herbal spiciness, very fine acidity, some touch of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, present minerality, certain depth, very good, firm, herbal-juicy and plant-spicy finish with nutty traces
