Firm and quite deep, fine, still somewhat yeasty aroma of ripe stone fruit with citrus notes, herbs, still a little yeast, hints of dark berries and also rather dark minerality. Quite firmly woven, fine, cool fruit with lively acidity and grip, nutty, earthy-mineral and slightly tobacco notes, persistent on the palate, delicate sweetness, again a hint of dark berries, also peppery tones in the background, hints of caraway, has tension, a certain depth, very good, grippy and fine-juicy finish, again with rather dark spice.

Best to drink: 2024-2030+. What our ratings mean
