2021 Landwein trocken Rosé "vom Kalkstein", Baden, Germany

Nutty and vegetal scent with mushroom aromas and restrained yellow and red fruit notes. Tight, tangy fruit with nutty, yeasty and vegetal aromas, present acidity, noticeable grip of crumbly tannin, chalky and slightly salty tones on the palate, a little citrus zest, elegant, cool style, animating, good to very good, tight, tart finish with nutty, yeasty and smoky nuances.
