Dark golden yellow. Somewhat wilty-floral, nutty, yeasty, yellow-spicy and hinted at vegetable scent of mellow yellow fruits with a hint of tobacco, tea and dried herbs. Firmly woven, ripe citrus fruit with delicate melting, apple-like notes, a hint of wax and pepper, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, floral aromas again in the background, hints of liquorice, very good finish with bite.
