Firm, somewhat smoky, nutty, planty to herbal and slightly yeasty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of liquorice and yellow spice. Ripe, tightly knit, yet slender fruit with very fine juice and delicate melting, fine acidity, has grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, mushrooms, laurel and hints of artichoke in the background, almost stony minerality, very good, fine-juicy finish with bite.
