Clear, polished red and black berry nose with fine vegetal notes, a hint of mushrooms, tomato paste and roasted, hint of nutty barrel notes. Finely juicy, relatively dense fruit that becomes slightly jammy with aeration, with nutty and somewhat dried-vegetable to herbaceous flavours, peppery-ethereal spice and a hint of mushrooms, roasted notes again, good substance and persistence, youthful yet crumbly tannins, chalky-salty minerality, somewhat smoky, very good finish.
