Somewhat reductive, fine-vegetable, somewhat yeasty and chalky aroma with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, hints of mushrooms, bacon, light wood and a hint of smoke. Clear, cool, restrained, tart-juicy fruit, fine vegetal and delicately yeasty flavours, some persistence and grip, chalky minerality, fresh-buttery tones, good, only slightly drying finish.

Editor note: Quite firm, somewhat smoky, nutty, dried herbal and slightly bacony aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of brown butter and fennel. Clear, rather slender fruit with delicate melting, fine acidity, has some grip and good persistence, grapefruit and mint in the background, hints of nut butter and delicate floral aromas, salty tones, good to very good finish.
