Dark straw yellow. Clearly smoky, somewhat mushroomy and herbal scent with tart yellow fruity notes, a hint of green asparagus and pepper as well as nuances reminiscent of lardo. Polished, cool and fine-juicy, completely dry fruit with a hint of mussel shells, fine acidity, ripe tannin, delicately creamy and again lardo, reindeer clodes and medicinal herbs in the background, chalky-salty tones, hints of brown butter in the very good, cool, taut and grippy finish.
