Cloudy golden yellow to copper colour. Nutty and very slightly charcoal nose with yellow-fruity, somewhat mushroomy and a little yellow-spicy aromas. Lean, quite dry fruit, yeasty and clearly nutty aromas, a little floral, fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, smoky traces, good persistence, chalky-salty tones, good to very good, grippy finish.
