Very slightly cloudy straw yellow. Yeasty and finely vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes and a hint of mushrooms as well as a touch of breadcrumbs, sunflower seeds and butter. Clear, fine-juicy, tart, bright fruit, nutty, buttery and again slightly reminiscent of breadcrumbs, some mushrooms and egg white, moderate acidity, light grip, mineral hints, gains juice with air, a hint of strawberries, good to very good finish with traces of light tobacco.
