Cool, yeasty citrus nose with apple and floral nuances, some herbs and a hint of mushrooms and bacon. Quite tightly knit, tart, somewhat melting fruit, nutty, yeasty and smoky notes, fine perlage, good persistence, delicately tobacco nuances in the background, a touch of black berries, a little sauteed mushrooms in the background, hints of pepper and chalky-salty minerality, good substance, at fine grip and at the same time a certain creaminess, very good finish. Very skilful and quite inexpensive for its class.
