Somewhat smoky and nutty, also delicately yeasty aroma with very fine vegetal and restrained yellow fruity aromas as well as hints of light tobacco. Clear, polished, somewhat melting, light fruit, again fine vegetal notes, a little reminiscent of broccoli, light, nutty wood aromas, a little buttery caramel on the palate, moderate acidity, good substance and persistence, a trace of smoke, chalky and salty mineral tones, gains finesse and elegance with air, still undeveloped, very good finish.
