2016 Weil Schlipf Grauburgunder trocken CS, Baden, Germany

Very slightly muted nose, nutty and earthy notes, prominent vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous frit, light herbaceous notes, floral traces. Tart, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, light smoky and nutty notes, lively, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide light grip, salty mineral notes, good persistence, some depth and bite, very good, fairly firm finish.
