Cool, vegetal and slightly yeasty citrus pomaceous fruit with light floral nuances. Light-bodied, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty and vegetal notes, some earthy and salty in the background, fairly persistent, light acid bite, quite a good finish.
