2015 Weil Schlipf Grauburgunder trocken CS, Baden, Germany

Elegant vegetal and delicate nutty notes on the nose, earthy and light floral notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus, touch of mushrooms and butter. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy bone dry fruit o9n the palate, very elegant acidity, light nutty, spicy oak, some sugar candy in the background, some yellow spice, good substance and persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, polished, some depth, elegant vegetal aromas and smoky notes in the background, still young, firm structure, delicate hint of tobacco, salty notes on a very good finish.
