Slightly muted nose, vegetal and light nutty notes, light earthy and vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, herbaceous traces. Dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes with a touch of salad cucumber and honeydew melon, very elegant acidity, lemony traces, light yeasty and floral notes, some almonds, hint of butter caramell in the background, delicately sweetish and creamy, but also has some bite, good persistence, mineral and herbaceous traces, more light lemony and vegetal notes on an alcoholic finish.
