2015 Weil Schlipf Pinot Noir trocken "CS ***", Baden, Germany

Nose still very slightly cheesy, mixed berries, dried vegetal notes, hint of provencale herbs, nutty oak and licorice. Ripe, partly dried and preserved fruit on the palate, light toasted oak, some cocoa and coffee grounds, earthyand mineral notes, light malted noted, sooty and smoky notes, hint of bacon, slightly rustic style, good to very good finish.
