2014 Weil Schlipf Chardonnay trocken CS***, Baden, Germany

Clear nutty nose, hint of tobacco, delicate herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light floral traces, some bacon and mineral notes. Cool, light-bodied, polished, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant nutty, yeasty and floral notes, fresh vegetal notes in the background, very elegant, lively acidity, good persistence and substance, salty mineral notes, still young, very good cool, polished, bone dry, elegant and juicy finish.
