2020 Dhron Hofberg Riesling Beerenauslese ***, Mosel, Germany

Concentrated aroma of partly dried yellow fruits with botrytis notes reminiscent of camomile blossoms as well as a hint of wax and yellow spice. Tight, juicy, quite concentrated, very sweet fruit, herbal notes, camomile, a hint of caramel and nutty traces, some yellow spice, lively acidity, some grip, persistent, viscous texture but with bite, earthy tones, very good, tight, very sweet, quite grippy finish with a hint of bacon.

Best to drink: 2022-2060+. What our ratings mean
