Relatively cool, somewhat floral, herbal and hinted mushroomy scent of partly candied citrus fruits with a hint of fennel and rhubarb. Clear, juicy, very sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of wild berries, very fine acidity, light tannic grip and good persistence, salty tones, very good finish with a hint of beeswax.
