Quite firm, somewhat herbaceous and planty, rather calm aroma with stone fruit and citrus aromas as well as tart mineral tones. Slightly warm, relatively sweet fruit, fine acidity, candy notes, some honey and wax, relatively moderate acidity, mellow tannin, yeasty and floral nuances, some minerality, good to very good, again quite sweet, thus slightly melting finish. Gains some tension and freshness with air
