Relativ süße, saftige Frucht mit deutlich hefiger Würze und kräuterigen Nuancen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Griff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, gewisses Spiel, guter, ganz leicht medizinaler Abgang.
