Translate to English Pflanzliche bis kräuterige, etwas hefige und noch ein wenig schweflige Zitrus-Kernobstnase mit hellen floralen Tönen. Leicht gedeckte, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, sehr präsente Säure und merkliche Kohlensäure, Hefe und etwas Gerbstoff, ein wenig rau, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang, wieder mit schon an Perlwein erinnernder Kohlensäure.
