Translate to English Getrocknet-floraler und etwas pfeffriger Duft nach teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und etwas Speck mit Wacholdernoten, einer Spur Kraut sowie kühlen erdigen bis mineralischen Noten. Kräftige, süßlich-schmelzige Frucht im Mund, kräuterige, zart pfeffrige und nussige Töne, wieder auch deutlich Wacholder, Kandistöne, im Hintergrund vegetabile Anklänge, recht feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, hat Fett, aber auch Griff, etwas Lorbeer, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang.
