2021 Wiltingen Schlangengraben Riesling Kabinett, Mosel, Germany

Delicately smoky-reductive, cool citrus nose with bright vineyard peach notes as well as delicately yeasty, herbal and floral nuances. Lean, restrained sweet fruit with very present acidity, yeasty and herbal aromas, a little bergamot and citrus peel on the palate, some persistence, smoky nuances, quite distinct minerality, good to very good, very slightly phenolic-drying finish with plenty of acid bite.
