2021 Saarburg Fuchs Riesling Grosse Lage "der Fuchs", Mosel, Germany

Planty to slightly herbal and a tiny hint of yeasty nose with rather restrained, bright yellow fruity notes. Lean, cool, fine-juicy, almost dry-tasting fruit, polished acidity, tart fresh planty to herbal notes, quite distinct minerality, very good, polished, again cool finish.
