Herb-saftige Frucht mit deutlich kräuterig-pflanzlichen Noten, lebendige Säure und eine Spur Kohlensäure, ganz leicht deckender Gerbstoff, zartes Bitter im Hintergrund, recht deutliche Mineralik, guter, herber Abgang.
