Slightly cloudy lemon yellow colour. Nutty, vegetal and somewhat yeasty aroma of partly preserved citrus fruit with notes of pomaceous and stone fruit. Citrus-accentuated fruit with nutty, planty and clearly yeasty flavours, lively acidity and noticeable grip, good persistence, a little yellow spice, fresh-buttery nuances, has life, a hint of tobacco in the background, certain zesty tones, very good, juicy and grippy finish.
