Onion skin colours. Nutty and delicately floral pome fruit scent with a touch of root vegetables, chanterelles and hints of red berries. Slightly warm, melting, quite dry fruit, nutty, vegetal and again reminiscent of chanterelles, a little smoke in the background, hints of salt, woody hints, a hint of spring onions, good, somewhat alcoholic finish.
