Herb, slightly nutty, ashy and vegetal scent with a hint of mushrooms and very restrained yellow fruit notes. Herb-juicy fruit with nutty, slightly herbal, vegetal and subtly smoky tones, a bit of grip on the palate, a touch of rock candy and vanilla, some creaminess, quite pronounced chalky minerality, hinted white pepper, good to very good finish with a touch of fennel.
