Delicate floral and fine herbal nose with yellow fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice and a hint of mushrooms. Calm, somewhat melting, almost a little sweetish fruit, nutty and vegetal notes with a hint of cabbage, buttery hints, a trace of strawberries in the background, also tones reminiscent of mustard, relatively soft style, some salt, smoky traces, good to very good, slightly tannic finish with some warmth, butter and sweet melting.
