Quite firm, rather tart and cool, slightly herbal and hints of yeasty scent with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas and mineral nuances. Somewhat melting, at the same time quite dry fruit, fine acidity, herbal to slightly herbaceous and hints of yeasty notes, with air more clearly becoming earthy-mineral tones, wins backbone, delicately spicy, good persistence, certain warmth, very good, with air again noticeably firming finish
