Somewhat vegetal and a tiny hint of smokiness with tart yellow fruity aromas and nutty traces. Quite juicy fruit with fine tartness, again some nutty spice, vegetal aromas, slightly reminiscent of pak choi and hints of butter, good persistence, moderate melting, slight barrel tones in the background, certain minerality, good to very good finish.
