Translate to English Einfache, nicht ganz klare, angetrocknet-vegetabile, erdige und ein wenig pilzige Nase mit rot- und schwarzfruchtigen Noten und ein wenig Schweiß. Herbe, leicht gedeckte Frucht, erdige und gemüsige Aromen, leicht aschige Fasstöne, gewisse Schärfe am Gaumen, feinsandiges Tannin und leichter Säurebiss, merklicher Alkohol, gewisses Bitter, etwas Salz, ordentlicher, ein wenig trocknender, wieder auch leicht alkoholscharfer und bitterer Abgang. Hat mit einem Kabinett eigentlich nichts zu tun.
