2019 Eibelstadt Kapellenberg Weißburgunder Kabinett trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Vegetable and slightly floral nose, also a hint of smoky and bacon, with vegetable aromas reminiscent of broccoli, restrained yellow-fruity tones and a hint of pepper. Warm fruit in the mouth, vegetal aromas, some herbs and a hint of pepper, nutty and a little bit earthy to mineral, fine acidity, delicate touch, warming alcohol, much too much power for a cabinet, good persistence, good to very good, again delicately smoky finish. The wine is good, the predicate complete nonsense
