Delicate smoky to bacon-like, yeasty and restrained vegetal nose with quite fine citrus and stone fruit aromas as well as hinted fresh, partly resinous herbs. Quite firm, juicy fruit with delicate smoky spice, nutty and yeasty tones and again also plant-like to herbal notes, quite lively, ripe acidity, a hint of dark berries in the background, hinted yellow spice, good substance and sustainability, a touch of sweetness, cool, bright mineral tones, very good, juicy finish.
