Still quite closed, smoky, yeasty, and very mild scent of core fruits and citrus fruits, light tobacco, egg white, a bit of shellfish, bacon, and forest mushrooms. Ripe, firm, quite juicy, yet completely dry fruit, smoky, nutty, and again mushroomy notes, root vegetables and celery on the palate, also parsley, persistent, a bit peppery, some warmth and a hint of butter, but also grip and freshness, green curry and saffron in the background, salty and slightly chalky, but also stony minerality, again smoke, still hardly developed, almost sweet core, very good, juicy, spicy, and ethereal finish.
